Welcome to SCOUT CLUE, the  Thunderbird District Camp-o-ree event!

Lets Get Together and show each other what we've got.  The Thunderbird district will be hosting it's annual Camp-O-Ree this year at Camp Alma McHenry (near Giddings, Tx.)  This years theme will be   

This district camp out is an opportunity for all of Southeast Austin BSA Troops to get together, complete, and have fellowship. We will also have our annual OA "Tap Out" event in the evening.

There is also an OA Brotherhood Conversion Saturday Evening. The cost for the conversion is $20.00, payable at camp (covers the cost of the sash). We need to know by March 24th the Brotherhood numbers from your troop so we have enough sash's for everyone.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NOT WATER ON SITE...ALL TROOPS NEED TO BRING ENOUGH WATER FOR THE FULL WEEKEND.

 

Please note this is for Units to register, NOT individuals

As part of this registration, you will be asked to provide:

  • Your unit number
  • Estimated number of Adults
  • Estimated number of Scouts
  • Name and Contact information for the Scoutmaster or Leader in Charge at this event
  • Name of your SPL or equivalent at this event
  • The name of your scout who will be volunteering to help with the activities/games

This event is for BSA registered scouts and adults.

Be sure to bring with you:  List of youth and adult attendees, BSA Annual Health & Medical Record (parts A&B) for each attendee, and a can-do attitude!
