2016 Sea Scout Minto Rendezvous

Hosted by Capitol Area Council Flotilla

Dates:       Friday September 9, 2016 through Sunday September 11, 2016

Location:   Lost Pines Scout Reservation

                  Bastrop, TX 78602

Cost:          $45 per participant includes T Shirt

                 There is a $5 fee for each participant in rifle shooting

T Shirts are not available if registered after September 1st

Requirements:
  • Youth must meet Sea Scout Youth membership requirements
  • 2 deep leadership following required Venturing YPT
  • All participants will adhere to the Scout Oath and Law
Events:
  • Activities and rules for the flotsam flotilla are available in the boarding manual.
Awards:
  • Awards will be presented to each participating ship. First, Second, Third, and Fourth places will be presented in addition to participation awards. Leadership and Conduct will receive special recognition.

Meals:

  • Meals will be provided in the dining hall beginning with breakfast on Saturday and ending with breakfast on Sunday morning. Each ship will be required to provide assistance in serving meals and cleaning the dining hall after meals are completed.
