This is an overnight course designed as an introduction to the Cub Scout and WEBELOS outdoor program for those leaders who are interested in adding a camping component to their Pack activities. BSA's Cub Scout and WEBELOS camping policies will be taught along with the necessary tools to help units carry out a successful camping experience.

There is a pre-requisite on line course you must take: sign in to, go to the BSA learning center, select the "course catalog" on the top line bar. Then select Cub Scout Training. From the "expanded Learning" section you will see "BALOO Pre-requisite Training".

There will be a $20 charge payable on-line to cover supplies purchased by the instructor and meals on Saturday.  Please email the course director if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.

When you arrive, please bring your personal camping gear to the dining hall with you for check in.  (Cooking gear will be provided.)
